The service

ATS CV Checker is a free, browser-based tool that estimates how compatible a resume is with common applicant-tracking-system (ATS) practices. It does not require an account and does not upload your file to a server.

No guarantee of outcomes

The ATS score and recommendations produced by this tool are estimates based on common, publicly known ATS practices. This tool does not connect to, and is not affiliated with, any real recruitment ATS platform (such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, or similar). Actual results — including whether a resume is shortlisted, scored, or rejected — may vary significantly between employers and the specific ATS platform they use. We make no guarantee that a high score here will produce any particular outcome in a real job application.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of any resume content you upload and any recommendations you choose to act on. Do not upload documents containing information you are not authorized to share.

Limitations

• Scanned or image-only PDFs are not supported without OCR, which this tool does not currently perform.
• Formatting checks are approximate, since only extracted text — not the original document layout — is available for analysis.
• Different ATS platforms may parse and rank the same document differently.

Changes to this service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this tool at any time without notice.
